The Certified Affordable Real Estate Specilaist Certification requires that applicants or re-applicants complete 10 hours of Affordable Housing related Real Estate Education. Any Ohio Division of Real Estate accredited course pertaining to affordable housing issues can count whether it is sponsored by the TBR, OAR, NAR or other training organization. Applicants do need to have attended the courses, but does not have to have paid for the CEU credits.
