Describe current and past community involvement:  Mike helped several times with his company’s yearly “CMN” fundraising event which raised 10s of thousands of dollars for children.

Government Affairs Experience:  He has been included in meetings with local and state officials conveying the needs of the TRAR board members and its affiliates.

Communications Experience:  He has championed and helped coordinate the “Why Buy Toledo” campaign; including, meeting with affiliates and their companies.

Technology Experience: Over the years he has taught or helped organize technology sessions for his company and board events.

Real Estate Trends Experience: Mike has a great insight into following regional and local events and their impact on the local real estate market.

Leadership Experience: He has participated in the RE/MAX Mentoring Program

Why does Mike wish to be a Director: Mike believes that the real estate business now more than ever, is changing at very rapid speeds; with everything from social media marketing platforms versus old-style print to electronic signatures versus pages and pages of wet signed contracts.
What he offers is years of successful skills and experience in just about everything real estate. Having him as a Director will give him an opportunity to be more involved and to be an influential activist on how the industry evolves and grows. He feels he can help structure how the local board is viewed by affiliates and the community alike. There are so many wonderful real estate colleagues on our board and he would be honored to serve them as a TRAR Director.

Voting will be available for all REALTOR Members starting Monday, December 9, 2019 through Friday, December 13, 2019.
