The Toledo Board of REALTORS® has six full time staff members available to answer member’s questions. Please feel free to contact anyone of the staff members below if you have questions or comments. We would be happy to assist you.

  TBR STAFF:
 Paula S. Hiett, RCE
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the Toledo Board of REALTORS® Paula is responsible for the general operation of the Association. She would be happy to assist both members and consumers with questions regarding license law and professional standards issues as well as questions relating to the Toledo Board of REALTORS® and NORIS Bylaws.
Mary Beth Hagen
Financial Services Director/Office Manager
Questions regarding accounts payable and receivable should be directed to Mary Beth. As Financial Services Director Mary Beth is responsible for the daily financial operations of both the Toledo Board of REALTORS® and NORIS and as Office Manager she is responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds as well as the office equipment. If you have questions regarding billing or rental of the downstairs conference room Mary Beth would be happy to assist you.
Michelle Hale
Executive Assistant to CEO
Michelle will be able to assist you with questions regarding Membership Events, Leadership Development, RPAC, and many of the TBR Committees, including the TBR CARES Certification, and the REALTOR® Magazine. Michelle would also be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about Ethics and Arbitration Hearings.
Caryn Pachelieff
Member Services & Education Director

As Member Services & Education Director Caryn is responsible for processing all membership changes including the addition of new members. She is also responsible for the scheduling of New Member Orientation. Caryn also handles all aspects of the Million Dollar Club and the certification of all educational programs offered by the Toledo Board of REALTORS®. If you have questions regarding membership or education or have a suggestion regarding membership or education feel free to contact Caryn.

Chris Pierson
Administrative Assistant
When you first walk in the door to the Board of REALTORS® Chris Pierson is the first person you will see. Chris can help you with the TBR Board Store, purchasing forms, and applying payments to accounts and continuing education registrations. Chris can also assist you with supplying temporary MLS passwords and any listings changes. Chris would also be happy to help you with any questions you may have about the E-news Weekly.

Sharon Hubbard
Multiple Listing Service Director

Sharon can help you with questions regarding the Multiple Listing Service, Sentrilock Lockboxes and Lockbox Training. Sharon would also be happy assist you with any questions you may have about the MLS Rules and Regulations and property changes, or MLS fines and training courses.
