Every 3 years every Ohio licensee needs 30 hours of continuing
education. The Toledo Board of REALTORS offers numerous
continuing education classes every year in order for Ohio
licensees to meet their education requirements. In addition
the Board also offers 10 hour Post Licensure for those
newly licensed sales agents and Michigan Continuing Education
for those licensed in Michigan. Below is a schedule of
the classes currently being offered.
The Toledo Board of REALTORS ® requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all classes for a complete refund. These classes are non-transferable. Anyone entering late or leaving early from a class will not receive continuing education credit.
