TBR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
If you hold a real estate license and place your license with a broker who is a member of the Toledo Board of REALTORS® then you are also invited to join the Board. Fees to join the Board are as follows. Please note that when you join the Toledo Board of REALTORS® you also become a member of the Ohio & National Association of REALTORS®. TBR dues are billed once a year, currently in December. These dues are separate from MLS fees, which you can read more about below, that are billed, currently, in June.
