The only information that the Toledo Board of REALTORS® collects is the information that you give us. For example, if you complete one of our online forms we will only use that information to assist you with the issue for which you created the online form. Because the Toledo Board of REALTORS® is committed to protecting your privacy our web server only collects domain names. It will not track e-mail addresses. Rosters
On our website we publish a Company Roster, Affiliate Roster and a Million Dollar Club Roster. This information is viewable by anyone entering our website. The information is simply a list of companies who are members of our Board or agents who have voluntarily applied to participate in our Million Dollar Club. It is no way is a recommendation for any of the companies, affiliates or Million Dollar Club winners. We encourage all consumers to check references for any company they intend to do business with. We also publish a TBR and NORIS Board of Directors Roster.

Contact Us
In the upper right corner of the website we have a contact us form. The information that you provide to us in this form will only be used to investigate and respond to your comments. If you are a member, we may also use this information to update our records.

Education/Events Registration
Our website currently allows you to register for education and events online. In order to do this you must provide us with personal information such as name, address, phone number, credit card number, etc. The information that we collect will only be used in the event/education registration process. All credit card information is sent encrypted to a secure server.

Links
Because the Toledo Board of REALTORS® is committed to giving you quality information we periodically will direct you off of our website and onto another website.
