The Grievance Committee is composed of 15 members appointed for a three-year period by the Board President. Members of the committee review all ethics complaints and requests for arbitration that are filed with the Board to determine whether they warrant a formal hearing.

The Legislative and Government Affairs Committee concerns itself with all matters relating to real property taxation and legislation at the local level. It makes recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning issues and candidates which should be supported or opposed and implements such procedures.
